Associate Membership is open to a person engaged either in selling products and/or providing other services to PAs or an individual employed by a government agency that does not qualify for any other membership category. Associate Members are entitled to the privilege of the floor but are not entitled to vote or to hold office.
Dual Membership is open to any Fellow Member who is also a member of the Association of Family Practice PAs (AFPPA). Dual members are entitled the privilege of the floor but are not entitled to vote or to hold office.
Student Membership is open to students enrolled in an accredited program or unaccredited program recognized by the AAPA. Student Members are entitled to the privilege of the floor but are not entitled to vote or hold any office except for the elected Student Representative.
Active Duty Membership is open to a PA currently on active duty in the US military who is eligible for Fellow Membership. This membership must be renewed each year while on active duty. Active Duty Members are entitled to the privilege of the floor and to vote.
APAOM membership year is July 1 - June 30
